Creating a profile

WHERE IS THE SAVE BUTTON?!?! What a travesty, 20 mins or so of my life lost and gone forever trying to create a profile and it's vanished, annoyed, much! Not as annoying as the man from the Go compare advert though grrrrrrrrrrrrr!
